Color Factory was funded in 2003. The company started as a painting and waterproofing contractor and become the largest in this sector. Also the company acquire Azzurri Kitchens and started work in remodeling projects thru out the Southeast of Florida.

In 2008 the company expand and become a General Contractor and close a deal to remodel the entire Miami Dade Housing Authority projects. Since them Color Factory become a leader in Remodeling working with Home owners associations, Hotels and Rental Communities.

The company is part of Color Factory Group, that consist in 3 major company Color Factory Painting and Waterproofing, Azzuri Italian Kitchens manufacturer and Color Factory GC as General Contractor. Now Color Factory Group Expanded in to build residential project in Brazil. Check some of the projects.
